Your passion and your spirit of wanting to become a famous anime artists is really admirable, not many people have that. (Including me) What I like about your art is the details you put in and your color combination; you also have very great text designs. Your composition is very good also.
Stylewise, when I first started drawing, I went after yugioh’s art style, trying to copy it. There’s nothing wrong with going after a specific artists’ style. Later on I started going after different artists, and that’s how it formed my style today. It had influences of many artists, and of course my own as well. Eventually when you become familiar with one style, your own style started to shown.
Artwise, anatomy and facial expression is definitely something you should work on. You have gotten a lot better from your gallery and my suggestion is to have more anatomy practices. (which I’m horrible at too) Such as reading books on drawing anatomy, though they might not be the style you want, the fundamentals are the same and it’s always good to have solid foundations in art. I have some books on how to color with different mediums, how to draw anatomy, scenery. None of it is related to anime, but art always have the same fundamentals. I have taken a few art classes too, again they might not teach what you want, it does help because it strengthen your fundamentals .My other suggestions for your art is after scanning your work, try enhance the color and clean it with photoshop or GIMP (which is free), there are many tutorials online on how to do that. And maybe eventually you will consider doing digital art.
It took me 9 years to draw to the levels that I am now. And I still need many improvements. Since you want to become a professional manga artist, I figure I should give you some opinions. Hope they helps, if you have any questions, please feel free to ask me!

No offense dude, but, plain simple, honestly, the drawings are horrible. You need to work A LOT on your anatomy. Specially, the face. What's with the kawaii desu anime style? Seriously, I can't even take seriously this "manga desu" because the drawings sucks. Plain simple.

Stop trying to copy the style of animes like YGO because, for one, it makes you look unoriginal, and second, you don't start first drawing anime desu without knowing the basic knowledge about anatomy FIRST. Otherwise, you will only acomplish this manga crap.

I'm being blunt. I know, but the main purpose of this message is, believe it or not, to help you improve. I really recommend you to stop this kawaii desu animu style and learn drawing realism for once. THEN, after that, you could try again this anime style and, believe me, you will notice the BIG improvement that will acomplish on your drawing "skills".
